About the Event
Veterans Journey Home discovers moving stories of Veterans, once alienated from society, as they successfully transition back into their rightful and important role as leaders, in their families, businesses, and communities. These stories are not tales of heroism and valor on the battlefield of war, but they are stories of bravery and courage on the battlefield of personal life. In each film, we walk with Veterans as they battle the demons within to find emotional and psychological peace with the ghosts of past decisions and actions. The Veterans Journey Home series sheds new light into the dark places of Veteran pain and helps Veterans, their families, and civilians understand the many struggles soldiers face as they return from service.
